Companies
Each company sets what it pays. Every class under it inherits that, and every coach who teaches it gets paid that way — no per-coach setup.

Ask the Box
Ask anything about this week — who worked, what it costs, who has not logged, what is still uncovered.
It answers from your live data only. Managers only; coaches never see this.

Sample data
Checking…
Sample data is fake — six made-up coaches, their hours, a few messages, and a 30-day class schedule — so you can see what the app looks like in use. It is tagged separately from real records, so deleting it never touches anything real.
Payroll
Coaches are 1099 contractors — gross pay only, this app never withholds anything. Set pay rules per coach below in each profile.
Guidance only, on the coach's own pay screen — never subtracted from what the business pays out.
